Two people, crossing paths during an ordinary season of life, until suddenly nothing felt ordinary at all.There was an instant pull. The kind you don’t analyze — you just trust. And when Josclen left to join his father in the family business, instead of drifting apart, they moved closer. Without effort. Without resistance.Somewhere between inside jokes and salsa dancing nights, they fell in love — quickly, naturally, and completely.After one week (yes, one), Josclen asked Brittany to be his girlfriend. Not because it was bold — because it felt obvious. A week later, Brittany was dancing at a Krall family wedding like she’d always belonged. From that moment on, it felt less like joining a family and more like coming home.A month in, they took a road trip to Nashville — the kind people warn you not to take so early. It was anything but quiet. Before they even left the country, they were in a three-car pileup on the QEW. Later came broken-down cars, unexpected detours, and moments that would have shaken less certain couples.They just kept choosing each other.On those long drives, they talked about everything — dreams, fears, family, and the life they imagined building together. By the time they made it home, they weren’t just dating. Maya and Brittany met a few years ago at Aritzia and instantly clicked — the “you’re my people” kind of connection. She’s been Brittany’s ride-or-die, the first to hear every dating update, and a huge supporter of this relationship from day one. Maya brings calm, warmth, and humour to everything, and Brittany couldn’t imagine this day without her. Their friendship quickly became one of the most meaningful in Brittany’s life.

Ryan and Josclen have been friends since childhood, growing up side by side and spending countless hours playing video games together. Over the years, Ryan truly became like family, joining Josclen on many cottage trips and ski adventures in Banff. Their friendship is full of humour — including their very interesting way of answering the phone when they call each other. Josclen truly couldn’t imagine this day without him proudly by his side.

Melanie is Brittany’s sister, confidant, and basically her second mom. She’s been there through every phase, every moment, and every big decision. Their bond is all heart and humour, and Brittany couldn’t imagine this day without her.

Milah is Brittany’s niece and goddaughter — a total firecracker with confidence, humour, and so much personality. Watching her grow has been a joy, and having her as the junior bridesmaid makes the day even more special.

Scott and Josclen have been friends since Grade 4, sharing years of what they jokingly call “Josclen and Scott things.” He even played a role in Brittany and Josclen’s story, rescuing them when they were stranded in Buffalo after their Nashville trip. Josclen is grateful to have his longtime friend by his side on this day.

Sara and Brittany have been best friends since elementary school — a friendship built on sleepovers, inside jokes, family trips, and countless memories (including an iconic high school trip to Italy). She’s steady, loyal, and endlessly supportive, and Brittany is so grateful to have her by her side.

Alexa and Brittany go back to soccer at age five, and their friendship only grew stronger as university roommates. She’s been there through the chaos, the glow-ups, the heartbreaks, and everything in between — always with loyalty and humour. Brittany couldn’t imagine this day without her.

Alexa

Trevor and Josclen have been close friends for over a decade and even lived together for a year. They share a love of sports and spend plenty of time talking hockey — especially their fantasy league. Josclen was honoured to stand beside Trevor on his wedding day and is grateful to have him by his side now.

Healy and Josclen lived together for four years, a time filled with laughs, mischief, and what they’d call a bit of friendly menace. Through it all they built a loyal friendship, especially during the quieter COVID years. Sharing a love for animals and adventure, Josclen is grateful to have Healy by his side on this day.

Julia and Brittany are distant cousins who share great-great-grandparents but didn’t meet until fate brought them together in Sydney. The two bonded instantly like long-lost sisters which Brittany will always cherish. Having Julia by her side on this day means the world to Brittany.

Everly is Brittany’s niece and one of the sweetest little lights in our family. Full of curiosity, joy, and personality, she brings smiles wherever she goes. Watching her grow has been such a special part of Brittany’s life, and having her as the flower girl makes the day even more meaningful. We can’t wait to see her sprinkle a little extra magic down the aisle.

Parking for the ceremony is available at the Landmark Garage beneath King’s College Circle at the University of Toronto. Landmark Garage35 Hart House CircleToronto, Ontario Guests arriving by car should enter via the Wellesley Street West underpass, as the garage is not accessible directly from King’s College Circle. Weekend parking is available at a flat rate of $10. Once parked, follow signs to King’s College Circle and walk west toward the St. George Street side of Knox College Chapel, located at 59 St. George Street. For Uber and rideshare drop-off, please use George Street for the closest access to the chapel entrance. Complimentary parking is available at The Boulevard Club for the reception.
